EVJ & Associates unique 'Boiling the Frog' model of change ensures structured change steps on the journey to organisational capability and behaviour change.

Our approach focuses on delivering four key phases. 

PHASE 1: SCANNING
THE ENVIRONMENT

A holistic research process that aims to get a well-rounded view of the problem.
 

This phase includes meeting key stakeholders, conducting an analysis of capability, relationship building and a review of policies.

PHASE 2: PROJECT PLANNING

This phase is the fundamental “plan, do, check, act process". We'll produce a realistic plan that answers the most burning questions: how, why, when, how long and expected outcomes. 

PHASE 3: IMPLEMENTATION

The implementation of our actions is tailor-made, depending on the nature of the project. What all of our services do have in common is our weekly review with stakeholders on progress against the project plan.

PHASE 4: TRANSFERING
CAPABILITY

We believe in transferring capability to operational and Human Resource teams. Upon completion of the project, a detailed set of input and output process metrics with a full governance structure is presented to the client. 

 

This unique service allows the client to minimise future employee relations issues.
